Reservation and payment

For the tour reservation it is necessary to present an application of the established form on hunting or rest for preparation of all the needed documents, after which we draw you up an account according to the given application. You make a prepayment - 50% of the tour cost by clearing or in cash to the cashier’s office, and give us the copy of payment document (which can be done by fax). The tour considers being reserved from the moment of receiving the affirmation of payment. The final settlement is done after the tour is finished.
At the Customer’s refusal of the tour:
- less than 30 days 75% of the prepaid at the reservation sum is given back to the Customer
- less than 20 days 50% of the prepaid at the reservation sum is given back to the Customer
