Siberian roe (deer) hunting

Autumn – 05 August - 31 December

In the period from August till November the tour’s duration is 10 days. Removals are done by car, horses. Sleeping is in a hunting camp or in a hunters’ cabin with a stove, bathhouse is present. Sleeping during one- or two days routes is in tents. Approaching hunting, battue hunting and hunting at removals during rounding-up.

Siberian roe, living in the Altai mountains, - one of the largest animals of the kind. The animal is not high – up to 1m, of light exquisite habit, with thin dry strong legs. The head is decorated with beautiful horns. Roes run very fast, sometimes while running they make very spectacular jumps – up to 2 m high.

The hunting is carried out in totally wild mountainous area. Removals between hunting places are done by horse or by car. 2 experienced huntsmen care for each of our guest.

It is also possible to hunt a roe not far from the basic camp, as the camp is located in the middle of the area of their living. The hunting is done with a car, by horse or on foot.
