Wolf hunting

Year-round hunt. The tour’s duration is 12 days. Removals during the hunting are done by horses, sleeping is in a wooden cabin with a stove, bathhouse is present. Sleeping during one- or two days routes – in tents. Approaching hunting with the help of binocular during the daytime. At application battue hunting with flags is held.

It’s considered that in Altai live the central Russian forest wolfs. The wolf is wide-known as the most harmful and dangerous predator. Outwardly wolfs remind German shepherd, differing from it firstly by powerful, stout build. General color is visibly lighter, than at a shepherd. Wolfs’ build is perfectly fit for enduring run. At calm crossings wolf usually run fast, sweepy trot; if a pack runs over snow, their footprints are laid one on another. At necessity easily strike into a gallop, their speed is 45 – 50 km. the beast is very hardy.

The hunting is carried out in totally wild mountainous area. Removals between hunting places are done by horse or on foot. 2 experienced huntsmen care for each of our guest.
